Quotes
All quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may change after file review or project clarification.
Customer Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing proofs and approving final artwork before production.
Once approved, Piedmont Industrial Print is not responsible for errors including:
spelling
grammar
layout issues
incorrect information
Turnaround Times
Turnaround times begin after:
payment (if required)
final artwork approval
Turnaround estimates are not guaranteed unless agreed upon in writing.
Payments
Some projects may require deposits before production begins.
Ownership of Artwork
Customers confirm they have the right to use submitted artwork, logos, and content.
Piedmont Industrial Print is not responsible for copyright infringement related to customer-supplied materials.
File Submission Guidelines
To ensure the best print quality, please follow these guidelines.
Accepted File Types
Preferred:
PDF
AI
EPS
PNG
JPG
Resolution
Recommended minimum:
300 DPI at final print size
Low-resolution files may result in poor print quality.
Color Format
Preferred:
CMYK
RGB files may shift in color during print production.
Bleed Requirements
Projects requiring edge-to-edge printing should include:
0.125 inch bleed on all sides
Fonts
Please outline fonts or embed them in PDFs when possible.
Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the quality and accuracy of submitted files.
Piedmont Industrial Print is not responsible for issues caused by low-quality or incorrect artwork files.
Refund & Reprint Policy
Due to the custom nature of printed products, all sales are final unless otherwise stated.
Reprints
We will reprint or correct orders if the error was caused by Piedmont Industrial Print.
Examples:

Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or reprints will not be provided for:
customer-approved artwork errors
spelling mistakes in approved files
low-resolution supplied artwork
color differences caused by RGB files
Color Variance
Slight color variation may occur between digital proofs and printed products.
This is normal and not considered a defect.
Claims
Any production issue must be reported within 5 business days of delivery or pickup.
Design Policy
Final print-ready artwork is included with all custom design services. Editable source files and ownership transfer are available upon request for an additional fee.
